Industrial Applications
Extruded aluminum profiles and CNC machining are ideal solutions for a wide range of industries. We supply aluminum profiles to the construction, electronics, automotive, and other industries.
Aluminum profiles combine high strength, design flexibility, and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in partitions, exterior walls, curtain walls, roofs, and structural frames.
Aluminum door and window frames are widely popular in the construction industry due to their durability, design flexibility, light weight, and corrosion resistance.
Aluminum profiles are commonly used in the manufacture of glass wine cabinets, wardrobes, and modular systems, as they are lightweight yet highly durable.
The aluminum profiles used in the bumpers, roof, roof rails, and chassis help reduce the vehicle’s weight while maintaining strength, thereby improving fuel efficiency and crash safety.
Aluminum profiles are an ideal choice for manufacturing machine frames, linear guides, and robotic arms, offering high precision, modularity, and lightweight durability in automated systems.
Aluminum profiles are lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant, making them widely used in renewable energy systems such as solar mounting structures, wind turbines, and protective enclosures.
Aluminum profiles can be customized into specialized architectural and furniture profiles, offering design flexibility for industrial projects while combining strength, precision, and aesthetic appeal.

Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats do you accept?
DING KIN Aluminum accepts a variety of aluminum extrusion drawing formats, such as DWG, DXF, PDF, or IGS. Even if you only have a rough sketch, our engineers will assist you in creating the drawings free of charge.
How long does it take to manufacture extrusion dies for large-volume orders?
Once the drawings are approved, it takes 10–15 days to manufacture the mold.
DING KIN Aluminum can produce samples in specific lengths and will ship them via DHL Express at no charge.
The lead time for bulk orders is 20–25 days. Whether you choose EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDU, we can provide shipping cost estimates for your reference.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For aluminum profiles requiring custom extrusion dies, we do not impose a minimum order quantity, and generally, the larger the batch size, the lower the unit price. We will also provide samples of specific lengths for your approval. Once die testing is complete, we will make modifications free of charge based on your feedback on the samples.
Do you offer custom aluminum fabrication services?
Yes, as a leading manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions, DING KIN Aluminum not only provides extrusion services but also offers comprehensive aluminum processing solutions.
Whether you need cutting, drilling or punching, milling, CNC machining, welding, assembly, or packaging, we can meet your needs.
What types of aluminum alloys can DING KIN Aluminum extrude?
Given the high demand in the construction industry and other sectors, DING KIN typically manufactures 6000 series alloys; however, if you require other specific alloy grades, such as the 3000, 5000, or 7000 series, we can also produce them according to your specifications.
How can I work with DING KIN to customize aluminum profiles?
Step 1: Upon receiving the detailed dimensions or drawings of your product, our engineers will contact you and provide cross-sectional drawings for your approval.
Step 2: DING KIN will first create a mold for your custom aluminum profile product, produce a sample, and send it to you for approval.
Step 3: We will continue to adjust the mold dimensions until you are satisfied with the sample.
Step 4: We will begin extrusion production and subsequent processing. We will update you on production progress weekly.
Step 5: Depending on your required surface treatment, we will apply anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, or PVDF processes.
Step 6: We carefully package the products to prevent any damage during transit.
Step 7: After shipment, we provide a bill of lading and product test reports, and track the shipment status weekly until you receive the goods.
Step 8: Our support team will provide 24/7 VIP service to help you increase sales in your local market.
What surface treatment processes do you offer?
DING KIN Aluminum can produce a wide range of colors through the anodizing process. However, most customers tend to choose natural silver, gold, bronze, and black.
Regarding powder coating, we support any RAL color code to meet your specific needs, or we can accept your color samples.
What payment methods does DING KIN Aluminum accept?
DING KIN Aluminum typically accepts payment via 100% Letter of Credit (L/C) and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Please let us know your preferred payment method, and our sales team will be happy to discuss it with you.
1. Mold fees: 100% prepayment via wire transfer.
2. Sample fees: 100% prepayment via wire transfer.
3. Mass production: 30% down payment, 50% interim payment, 20% final payment (payable upon confirmation that product quality meets standards).
How do you package aluminum profiles?
For long aluminum profiles, we will use non-woven fabric to separate all areas where surfaces come into contact, and then wrap them externally with composite paper.
For short aluminum profiles or components of specific lengths, Wellste will use non-woven fabric for separation and then pack them into cardboard boxes.
DING KIN can provide customized packaging based on your needs and meet your specific requirements.
What standard structural aluminum profiles do you offer?
DING KIN Aluminum possesses molds for over 2,500 standard aluminum profiles, including aluminum angle bars, square tubes, round tubes, aluminum tubes, beams, and channels. Even if you provide only a rough description of the dimensions, we can find a profile with a cross-sectional similarity of up to 90%.
